Dear Jesus

Dear Jesus,

Thank you for letting me have a great start to my week. Sunday was a hectic day but it was also good. We got a new system at the hospital. It is very different but I think it will be good in the long run. Everyone was afraid of the unknown but that is normal. I was able to meet new people on Sunday, that was cool.

I have a big prayer request this week! I have something big happening on Friday and I am very anxious, nervous, and excited for it. I want this to be your plan Lord and not mine. I pray that you take over my words and thoughts during this week and that everything I do and say is a glorifying you. I also want to be honest with you. I really want this opportunity to work out. I am jumping with excitement for this opportunity but I also want it to be your will. I told you this year, I am putting both my feet out ready for whatever you have planned for me. I am ready to do what you have called me to do. I pray that you help me stay calm this week and if this is your plan, then make it very clear for me Lord.

This week should be a good week! I have an event at work on Thursday, I will be taking a group to our other location and having an all day presentation. I enjoy these days because I really get to know my new hires. I don’t have a lot going on this week in the evenings, so I should be able to work on my projects and relax. Lord, I pray that you remind me to focus on you more this week. I pray that you help me stay positive and know when to let things go.

Thank you for letting the weather be great this week. I am ready for sunshine and warming weather. Thank you for all that you do! I love you so so much and can’t wait to get to know you more this week.
