Dear Jesus

Dear Jesus,

Thank you for being such a wonderful God. Thanksgiving was such a good time. I got to spend time with my family and see my grandparents. We had an amazing Thanksgiving lunch and enjoyed some family time. I think we all took an afternoon nap afterward. We then went to Silver Dollar City and got to see the lights. That is one of my favorite things to do. My mom will probably not like me saying this but she gave us lots of reasons to laugh during Silver Dollar City. Her back is not doing well and she is only able to walk short distances and then she needs to rest. Well my grandparents (which are so thoughtful and loving) let her use their small electric scooter for the night. Now, when I say small, it is a very dainty cute scooter. It goes from turtle slow to rabbit fast. To be honest, it was nice to see mom have a good time and laugh. It was nice for all of us to laugh. The last few years have been stressful for each of us in different ways and its always nice to get together and to be able to laugh.

Work was good, but it was hard to get back into work and be motivated after having a few days off. I had orienation and got to work one of our offices christmas parties. That was really cool to see. My job has 3 christmas parties, one for each main location. I have only been to my christmas location and it was cool to be a part of anothers. I really enjoy working with my coworkers, they always find a way to make me smile.

This week marks the first week of December! At work, that means we get to wear blue jeans for the whole month! We also get to partake in spirit week and decorate our doors! I love this time of year. I have this great idea for my door, I am just hoping that it turns out like what I want it to look like. I am very thankful that my job really cares about us employees and treats us like family.
